It's been checked and double checked. I think it really is the quick blow vs. the slow blow. The winches have been cleaned, work fine with the winch handle (they are big winches). The issue is ONLY when the sail is "firmed" up on a beat and I try to add a couple of inches with a pop or two -- and then only occasionally.

Lewmar says: Get the specified Circuit Breakers and I should have no problem. I can't figure-out why TPI originally built-it this way, it's more expensive. ???
