Most plastics would not be a good idea in the anti-freeze circuit. Having said that, you can buy a radiator flush adapter - made for cars to attach a garden hose to an engine. Prestone sells a kit which includes fittings for several hose sizes. I expect those plastic fittings could handle both the heat and the pressure.
