Vented elbows are standard fittings in home hot water heating systems. Why reinvent the wheel?

That doesn't sound like a good idea Max.
Wouldn't the water pump move the coolant through?
I agree with Larry.
Not all pumps are equal....
Some of the issue is height (i.e., head pressure) and then there's friction loss

I wouldn't use nylon fittings...
