Android. This is posted from my phone. It's fairly easy to post direct from android. The hardest part is reducing the file size enough to fit in this sight's meager limit; you need a photo editing app. And, as Larry said, it's just better to do some things with a proper keyboard.

If you are stuck on iPad, see if you can get the Photobucket app. You will be able to post your pictures to thier site and link from there. There are lots of other hosting sites as well.
