Anyone take on a project that was easier than expected?

(Todd need not answer.) Having added a rudder transducer to our Autohelm, I have some idea of working down under. I think the only project that turned out to be simple was adding a hatch over the head - and I'd thought it would be difficult. You have pics? Enjoy.
