Once it was hung in place it still took a fair bit of fitting before it swung freely in the cove at the trailing edge of the keel and I could finally replace the temporary the shoe and strap bolts with bronze rivets. The boat went in Friday morning and I spent the rest of the day tuning the rig, doing the final tweaks of the shaft alignment, etc. We had hoped to get away from the dock late Saturday or sometime Sunday but spring colds changed those plans. Hopefully we'll get out this weekend and do a bit of sailing.
