what the heck does that mean?

It left at dawn sunday. It was nice to hear it's generators finally go away. You get it all in a destination harbor like Camden. Big boats make the victory lap around the inner harbor(not this one, too big to make the turn). It's still a great little harbor to relax and watch it all go by. All the floating docks these days are in the middle so there's no danger from diners anymore.
