This is my pitbull, Ruby, "rescuing" kids swimming at Jekyll Island, Georgia. Being a pitbull, once called a nanny dog, she feels the need to protect children. She insisted that this young boy needed to get out of the water. She also tried to go after a man who paddled out on a surfboard, but the surf kept washing her back to the beach and so she gave up. She then just howled at him.
