The door in the image below is looking forward into the head, with the sink on starboard and toilet to port, and closet space behind the toilet.

My boat also has center cockpit with an aft cabin, which is a nice arrangement with teens, or another couple as guests. It gives everyone enough privacy at night and early AM. We have a full cockpit tent which only is put up for rain when we're at anchor. It can't be used under sail because of the traveler, but it connects the two cabins and keeps the cockpit dry.
The image below is looking down into the aft cabin at the starboard berth. There is a center counter that flips up to reveal a sink with vanity mirror, and the sink flips up to reveal a second toilet (barely visible through the gap in the wood). We don't generally use the second head but it's nice to have in case the forward toilet is out of service. BTW, the pillows are normally kept at the other end of the berth, for obvious reasons.
