The traditional look is going away. I've seen it on younger women but it's toned down quite a bit. I remember when an ulu would come up to the boat with a woman and what appeared to be her mothe. The older woman was always amazingly traditional. A bit like going back in time. The younger one would have beads and Kuna looking dress but it wasn't like your photograph.
