What a great tool that is. I've seen a bit of the east coast of Scotland, and it is a coastal sailors nightmare compared to the area Neil took the photo in. Much of the east coast is shallow, windblown, and harbors, which are few, are mostly chiseled out of land and rock and have sea gates at the entrances to get some protection inside the small harbors.
