I think design and building learns, and altitude is up for review in how to rebuild low lying areas. Building can be raised and still work. There won't be enormous changes but I think we will improve our chances for less damage every time a Sandy or Katrina comes down the pike.

Larrys right, we'll never keep the masses away from the most sought after land on the planet, the coast. But that doesn't mean we can't improve our position there where this sort of event will happen more regularly. I think more and more there has to be a cost incurred by the private sector that builds with little regard for what is the obvious normal in storms and rising coastal water.

Sandy will bring some improvement after we get through the damage.
