BVI Advice sought

We are going to charter in BVI in January. We did it a few years ago and are going back for more fun. My wife and I wil arrive at Road Town on a Friday afternoon, flying to St. Thomas then taking the ferry to the charter base in Road Town. The rest of the crew will arrive the next day, Saturday afternoon, also through STT. Our plan is for us to take care of the final provisioning, etc. on Saturday morning so everything will be ready for the fun to start as soon as the crew arrives. The crew's flight arrives STT at 14:15 so they can make the ferry but will arrive at Road Town a bit late to head out that afternoon for someplace like Norman or Peter Island. Here are some ideas I am kicking around:

We leave RT Saturday morning and go to Cane Garden Bay. Our crew takes a Taxi from RT to Cane Garden and we meet them at some bar.

OR

We go to West End and pick them up from the ferry that stops there. No Taxi but I don't know what West End has to offer as the first over-night anchorage since we did not go there last time.

OR

A better idea I have not thought about.

Any words of wisdom?

Thanks.
