West end is a good stop
In Response To: BVI Advice sought ()

Anchorage is deep so a mooring might be the way to go. There's some nice restaurants there - pirate looking place across from the marinas has good food, drink, and usually a band. The other side of the harbor has a couple of nice places for dinner too.

If you're heading right over to Anegada, it's not a good stop as you'll be straight into the prevailing winds; you'll need to head into the Sir Francis Drake channel and pick something over there, work your way up, then cut over to Anegada from Virgin Gorda.

Plus it's the BVI....you'll be hard pressed to find something that disappoints.
