How about caulking?
In Response To: sealing up the seams on a home built dinghy ()
If it's non-structural, I'd go to the hardware store and get their best (longest warranty) caulking. Perhaps DAP Dynaflex 230? The WorkForce caulking tool from Home Depot is also recommended to smoothing it into the joint. Cheap, quick, easy. Might even work!
Otherwise, you're talking a filled epoxy - expensive, messy, etc.
