I am getting a spare tranny. I am planning to fill it with ATF say once a year, then drain it, to keep the insides coated. Apply lanocoat or similar to the exterior seals, and cover the rest of the exterior with Boeshield. Then store it in a ziplock type enclosure. Any reason to do it differently?
