Carter's wife suggested they take one of the work boats south and cruise the Bahamas for the month of February. They removed the van body from one of the trucks and built a cradle on the frames. They made it to Ft. Lauderdale last weekend and met up with the local SeaTow operator, a friend of a friend, who arraigned to have the boat off loaded and provided parking for the truck. There is enough room in the bow of this 26' Pacific to pitch a little dome tent. Looks like a very fun way to see the Bahamas. This photo was taken at a truck stop in Maryland last week.
