Interesting. I had entered the less than symbol and everything after it was not posted.

What I had posted was:

33 feet of water = 14.5 psi three feet of water is less than 1.5 psi.

The actual pressure exerted at the bottom of a tank three feet high basically containing water is 144 times 1.5 or 216 pounds per square foot.
