Totally unfair to the folks of the USCG, taxpayers, and boaters who do need their good service from time to time ... like the young kids on the Bounty who apparently got stuck on a joyride their Captain decided to take. After reading the g captain reports of the hearings I still can't figure out what he was thinking. And I'm one to give folks a lot of the benefit of the doubt.
