My boat is for sale, and I know the kind of buyer I'd like to see get it. Altruistically, I'd like the buyer to be someone without a bundle in the bank, someone who needs to find a good boat at a good deal to fulfill a life long cruising dream. This person would have to have the skills to finish what I started, mainly paint and paneling.

But by the same token, the first check that clears the bank wins.
