I don't you should feel guilty.

It's a reasonable question. It would be different if you were buying say a specially designed handicap accessible flat where there was a line of buyers that needed it and could buy it so the seller could choose. You might pass on that one.

This is a boat and there are not that many buyers today for it. Finding a buyer with the same handicap the seller has, would be next to impossible.

It would be too bad to see the seller go without a buyer because he customized his boat for his own handicap, he's already had enough handicaps.
