You have a great device already installed on your boat. That device allows you to be self sufficient and not dependent on shore supply. That device provides you with peace of mind and flexibility in your planning.

Why would you invest your time and effort in disassembly and selling at half price when sometime in the future you might have to buy at full cost and re install?

Sorry however to me this is not about the availability or cost of water in the Bahamas. It is about my sailing/cruising philosophy => I am a self sufficient cruiser in every aspect sailing!
