If you have two batteries joined in one bank (in parallel), then run it directly to a different terminal.
How big is your windlass?

Unprotected lengths
To clarify, I am adding fuses within 7" of the battery for all 3 circuits
Look at the blow curve for the ANL vs the circuit breaker
