I can set the thing to say I'm a sailboat or under power and it sounds the appropriate tones at the legally required intervals. I like that. I used to have a Standard Horizon but the foghorn feature precluded use of the radio function. That's dumb. My newer Uniden does both at the same time and it also has a hailer/listener function I rarely use. It's a great radio and sounds good (and the SeaTow radio check service proves I sound clear to others too) but the WHAM wireless remote has poor battery life, so it loses points on that.
