I still see all the screens on Gizmo from a tour of his boat a while back.

I'm still not sure how I'll use the ipad but already I'm sold. The wireless part is what I enjoy so I can't see a mount having much use. I will look into a cover at some point but like an SLR, I don't think of it as something I'll have out in "the dark and stormy" I hardly go out in them myself these days.

I need both hands still(maybe you get better at using them). Sitting in the cockpit exploring the nearby coastline at anchor with a cup of coffee, I found some great dinghy trips around Perry Creek I hadn't noticed before. I love having this mass of chart info at my fingertips on the boat.
