Ditto we nixed Yanmar due to exhaust size and cost
In Response To: Tha larger exhaust is one of the reasons I didn't go with Yanmar in my repower.. ()

In our firepower we chose a Beta 38 with 2" exhaust over a Yanmar 39 or 40 hp with a 3" exhaust. As we were choosing the Beta the Yanmar rep played using a 2" on our install.
