This is the only photo I could find with a flag showing but there were a few of them flying from vessels in the harbor. I wondered what they were about but didn't have the opportunity to ask after I had noticed. I figured it was just some angry protest thing. I very much doubt that the union will catch on beyond a few small pockets of supporters.
