This is copied and pasted directly from an email I received from the sailmaker today.
I am more than disappointed.....I am really pissed off that you used me for the service work on your old sails and then purchase new from someone else.
Find a new canvas person as well.
I never realized that having one's sails serviced by a loft obligated you to buy future sails from them. I thought it just obligated you to pay their bill. Hmmmm... silly me.
I thought that maybe it was my wife's imagination when she felt she was being given the 'evil eye' from him during the day, but she had it nailed.
As with most local lofts, this is a local unit of a national sailmaker. I will send his email on to them so they know who is representing them.
