Over the last 18 years I've

changed the systems on Brendon several times to get to where I'm comfortable with the way she reefs and parks. Every boat is, indeed, different. I think that most people can start with the basic technique and fine tune what works best for that particular boat over time. Time and weather and a little luck and folks will have it worked out by the time they really need it. They're good tricks to have in your bag and not hard to figure out. Just not when it's blowing 40 in the middle of the night.
