I was thinking of the paddling position

It seems many of people I see on SUPs aren't standing with correct posture. They're often hunched or arched. I too have learned about the importance of maintaining core strength (and do daily crunches and stretches) but paddling a SUP isn't something most people do daily, so strain is more likely.

I admit I should try it before forming an opinion, but that's my concern about it.
