I love some degree of seclusion but

I have a limit. My wife's limit is somewhat less then mine but close. The out islands of the Bahamas, to her and to some degree me, are a bit to secluded. We kept commenting to our selves that it would be nice to find a "palapa" on the beach for some drinks and to meet a few cruisers. It seems that unless you hang out in Georgetown you're just not going to find that. I don't get it? That's why we like Mexico. If you want to find a secluded anchorage you can head for the "Sea" (of Cortez). If you want more action you can hang out on the mainland. Even so, you can get plenty of action in La Paz and plenty of seclusion on the mainland as well. It's the water. You're just not going to find Bahama water on the mainland in Mexico. You can in the sea but not on the mainland and I love the water and sand of the Bahamas.
