Did you see any visible damage on the boards inside the devices? I would assume they were all switched off (meaning the DC supply breaker was off).
This is the main thing I am trying to assess. (if a lightning strike leaves visible signs in any instrument that is damaged.)
I am just looking to gain knowledge about the way you can or cannot distinguish between a lightning damage and a major short for the AC supply if that had gone bad and pushed the AC into the DC supply.
