Here's an interesting piece by Charlie Doane racing on ISOBEL. She cost around 3 mil to build. Compare to a production Swan similar sized at nearly twice that cost. Why? Weight. Boats still cost by the pound.
I like this boat, but it's not one of my favorites built at BBY. I like their more traditional boats with fast underbodies.
