I just say your post from yesterday about

your sad adventure with Le Tonk. What a bummer, always sorry to hear that from someone. It's one of those, by the grace of, sort of things. It will be interesting to see just how long this stuff holds up. We do the varnishing on Brendon in thirds with each third at about 4 months. So in reality we only go about 4 months between quick coats. The eyebrows are the killers. The water in the mornings rolls off the cabin top and lands on the eyebrows. Then it sits until it evaporates, all the time seeping in under the varnish. Eventually the varnish lifts and we have to strip and re-varnish. Our hope is that Le-tonk will hold up better to that kind of moisture infiltration because it seems to suck into the wood better then thinned out varnish on the first coat. We'll see.
