… open to the public … for fuel, the restaurant, laundry or the grocery store ?

We use to sit out Cold Fronts here, anchored right in tight to the rocks just north of the dock. Not much fetch came in here and as soon as the wind went north of west, it was flat as a pancake. It usually was a good spot as the wind usually doesn't build that much until it is NW, we could latch on to the Internet and frequent the restaurant & bar. Lots of other folks would be taking slips and the place usually full for a Front, so it was also a bit social to wait it out. Cheers, John
