I have one for the overboard holding tank discharge, it needs rebuilding often.

As it won't prime after not too long past the last rebuild. The flappers just warp off a bit. Could be exacerbated by it's use(intermittent-waste pump). On the other hand, I have a Titan pump for manual bilge and that never fails to prime on the first pump.
