I've been anchored in the same area. Not too much fetch within the pond, and it's doubtful the tide will overrun the beach at the harbor entrance with the 20-30k winds forecast for the Tashmoo area. If you do a little web surfing you might even be able to find a web site where you can watch the Macy's fireworks live. It's going to start clearing here in the NY area soon. We're just getting the tail end of it now.
