St Katherine's has gotten away from seasonal rentals in favor of year-round, but we're hoping that their new policy might not be set in stone. Ipswich seems to be the best alternative but we plan to check them all out then decide.

We have been struck by how friendly everyone has been here in Falmouth. From waiters to cashiers to dock attendants, museum guards, people in the bars, everywhere we go, folks are universally and genuinely friendly. It's been eye opening and refreshing and makes us feel very happy to be here.
