I spent some time in Austrailia and had a difficult time getting a glass of water. Forget the ice, I just wanted water. I was in a movie theater and the only place I could get water was in the bathroom sink.

I could get a cold beer but not water.

To be fair, it was a long time ago (1981). It may be different now.
