Five acres just outside of Port Townsend Washington. Has newer well, new septic, 24X36 machine shed/pole barn type. Apparently had a mobile on it, nothing to live in now. Have to have contractor come in and do some quick work to facilitate a heated, well insulated shop with 'lectricity and heat. Lots of uh, "stuff" strewn around, seems only a bit of the garbage actually got off the property as can be seen in lower right corner and middle of the photo. The bottom two thirds, as it were, are woods as you see. I didn't figure on starting over at my age but spouse had other ideas so I'm moving. She's not. At least P.T. has wooden boats, marinas, boat yards, boats in driveways, bays, etc. The town I'd lived in the last 23 years was the dry hole of boating.

I'll be about a half mile from the Strait of Juan de Fuca as the crow flies but no water view anywhere. Out in the pucker brush.
