. . . my condolences on that . . . but you can take some sort of solace in those woods . . . especially if they come with a workshop. Amazing how people who own property like that have so little respect for it. Around here, the woods are full of long-retired farm machinery, junk cars, and all kinds of trash people are to lazy to take away for proper disposal. With a truck, trailer, winch, and balls of brass, someone around here could make a good living out of scrap metal.
