The person in the water was picked up by another boat, apparently. Their initial call to the CG indicated they were having difficulty making it back to retrieve that person. As is so often the case with charter groups, I wonder if there was only ONE person aboard who had a clue what they were doing and was acting as captain, and if that was the person who went over the side, it might explain the subsequent difficulties, no?

And, speaking of head-scratching incidents, what the hell was this guy doing 100 miles off Hatteras in a 31' Southern Cross, on Wednesday night? That northeaster that wreaked havoc throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast was fairly well forecast, I seem to recall... (grin)
