stuff but their are so many truths and falsies floating around that it's hard to tell what's real and what isn't. For instance: 1. After the engine sits for a while is it better to hold the kill switch in while turning the engine over for a dozen or so RPM's t get the oil into the system before allowing the engine to fire? 2. Is it important to pre-fill your oil filter after changing the oil. 3. Is storing a couple of oil changes worth of oil in your engine room that bad for the oil? I've always just started the engine and let it idle at low RPM's. I've always pre-filled my filters. I've stored 4 changes of oil in my engine room for years. ???
