Agree completely
In Response To: I have a few of your old one ()

I agree completely for all the reasons you state, plus I like how bright they are. I've been using that kind for about 3 years now and like them better than any other I've found.

On the other hand, i'm always looking for something better, whether it's a flashlight or anything else. I probably wouldn't even have ordered this one except that while in Baja a couple of months ago, my friend had a non-waterproof one that he got at Home Depot that was noticeably brighter than mine (in the Manta video I posted last week, if you look, you can see two flashlight beams shining down into the water and one is a great deal brighter than the other). As far as I'm concerned, the lack of waterproofing is a deal killer right out of the gate as I've had too many flashlights fail do to salt air corrosion. However, it got me looking again at flashlights.

My requirements are:
--Inexpensive
--Waterproof
--Very bright
--Good battery life
--Small enough that I can hold it in my teeth
--Some kind of rechargeable batteries

In my search, I came up with this one on Ebay that fit all my requirements, so I ordered one to give it a try.
