This all comes in as one single column...
I had an earlier contact list from outlook express (which I no longer have on my computer) that was more of a CSV file that parsed quite well.
This is a rather odd output from my Samsung S5 which is in a strange format that doesn't quite work out.
Perhaps there is a Samsung contact manager I should be looking for. Still, would love to have this in some nice neutral format... you know, for when the S5 dies a few years from now and I have to get a Star Trek communicator or something.
I won't deny that it is indeed a text file... it's just that the encoding part and the listings are rather odd.
