Nice to have decent instruments
In Response To: Here's a spring project I'm considering.

() Knotmeter vs GPS speed over ground gives good indication of current. Useful here where current runs very hard in places. Nice to have around docks as well when judging current. A good wind instrument is nice to have as well.
