I have a simple Radio Shack unit that doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles -- but it reads in hundredths of a volt ;^))). It's worked find (but Radio Shack is no more, or whatever.
I have a number of our building engineers that would hand me one of their Flukes (which our firm bought), but I frankly have found that for my needs, the less expensive unit meets my needs. The Fluke are pretty durable and well regarded.
But for me, if I dropped a Fluke into a bilge or into the "drink", then I'd really be a lot more pissed-off. ;^)))
