We got an offer on the Island Packet Friday afternoon, honestly did not expect that at all. It was a very strong offer so we accepted, papers are signed. It is going over to Ohio although not sure where. All the advice and input on the lazy jacks and main furling was greatly appreciated though.

We are not sure what the next step will be. The Admiral has a long list of things she would like on the next last boat, but does not seem to understand that they are not free. We talked power briefly, talked trawlers for a little longer, sail set up to single hand seems to be the winner.
