I am admittedly someone who does not use my onboard chartplotter (Standard Horizon CP 180) as often as do many others . I am continuallly frustrated though, at my inability to see the screen clearly in bright sunlight when wearing sunglasses. Polarization is obviously the problem, but I haven't been able to overcome it. I've researched the matter again and again, tried many approaches, tested every chartplotter setting imaginable
with little satisfaction. Anyone know of any work-arounds or clever solutions? Do newer chartplotters solve this problem?
