Here on the west coast in Dana Point their everywhere in the harbor clogging the waterways without any knowledge of boating regulations or 'rules of the road'. Most don't have a clue of how to conduct themselves in the harbor causing a lot of frustration with the local boaters. Dana Point is now in the process of inacting a SUP course around the harbor a bit like a bike lane because of it.

The only saving grace is that 75% are girls and women in bikinis,,,, and that's in the winter. Brrrrr.
